Pitching

Pitching lessons: 30 min, 45 min, and 60 min
Locations: In-Person, virtual or remote
First and foremost, our focus is on injury prevention. Having gone through Tommy John surgery, Aaron knows firsthand the toll it takes on a pitching career. No pitcher should ever throw through pain!
By prioritizing proper mechanics and tracking throwing workload, we aim to minimize the risk of injury. We use synchronized multi-angle video to pinpoint areas of concern and develop drills and exercises for improvement.

Video Analysis
Video Analysis: Player/Parent submitted videos of pitching, hitting catching and fielding. (included with each lesson)
A Video Analysis session is an opportunity for a player to submit their own video(s) for critique and evaluation. Players will receive feedback on their baseball mechanics, including actionable practice details and applicable drills. The level of detailed attention during a Video Analysis is on par with an in-person lesson. A Video Analysis could be the initial evaluation of a player or a follow up session after several in-person lessons. It offers the added convenience of being available to long distance clients, whether away at school or out of state for a summer season.
